The channel link ID of a channel is sent via the Register Channel webhook.
The webhook is called when the channel:
is registered
is set to active to start receiving orders
is set to inactive to stop receiving orders
The external location ID (locationId) is also provided. This is the unique ID of the channel on your platform.
